May you enjoy these small treasures as much as I did coaching them to life. Anneal: to reduce brittleness by heating and then slowly controlling the cooling process. This has a direct effect on the strength, longevity and durability of each bead. Gift Certificates: Barbara Rouleau Lampwork gift certificates are available. Just let me know the name and address of the person and how much and they receive a beautiful certificate in the mail with instructions to my site for their personal choice of work. Items purchased with a gift certificate may be returned for store credit only. Return Policy: I want to make sure that you are completely happy with your bead purchase! For returns/refunds in the same condition the items were sent: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased you may return it for a refund. Please email me for refund authorization within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. I will refund your purchase price minus less shipping and handling charges. For replacement of broken beads up to 6 months after you purchase them: If your lampwork bead should break during the first 6 months, you may return it for a replacement. I will try to replace your bead as closely as possible or you may choose another from my collection of the same value. Please email me and let me know if this happens. Breakage is rare, but does sometimes happen. Please do take reasonable care when using and wearing your new beads - please remember they are glass. Payment for orders: At this time, the site is set up to take PayPal for payments. This process cost you nothing to use your credit/debit card. It takes about 2 minutes to sign up. If you wish to purchase something by money order contact me directly by E-MAIL with your order. If you wish to purchase something using a personal check, please e-mail me E-MAIL. Items purchased using a personal check will NOT ship until the check has cleared. Shipping Charges/Info: Shipping costs are included in the price of the item you wish to purchase. Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment in most cases. If I am out of town I will ship as soon as I am back in the studio. Orders over $150.00 are shipped free to you.
